Balancing Daily Tasks and Relaxation During a Staycation

On this morning's walk, we (three dogs and I) were joined by my daughter who walked alongside us together with her bicycle. She was heading to work. I was carrying a box of compostable materials as a result of the trash can at the bottom in the hill. The dogs were sniffing new spring wildflowers and marking their territory.

    When we first awaken in the morning, we have echoes with the previous night; echoes in our dreams that always resonate with us if we first wake.  If you have had a restful, peaceful nights sleep since you mediated the evening before, you will probably wake rested and peaceful.  If you went to bed stressed, worried along with your dreams reflected that experience, then  you will likely wake not so rested and beginning the afternoon with worries and fears. 

This Spring is a superb time to get a trip to Branson, because the "See the World in Branson" event is going on. Through the end of May 2010, you can enjoy the best of Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Samoan, and American food, culture, and entertainment in Branson. The Legend of Kung Fu will be there displaying martial prowess and feats of body control; Yakov's Russian Circus is going to be wowing with acrobatics and silliness; plus more.

 My average day out while travelling is 6 weeks. When I do come home, I will take a  week off and after that turn back out again. Now not all drivers drive by doing this, some  are home once weekly. The common practice will be out about three weeks and  then get home for 2 days. The industry standard is that you acquire one  day off for each and every week out on the highway. A workweek contains seventy hours.  There isn't overtime, once you estimate all the hours that you don?t get  covered, or manage to hide, your average workweek is much more like ninety to one  hundred hours a week! This is just working time, bear in mind you don?t be able to  go home every evening, you be able to eat, sleep, and turn into trucking! The hours are long  and very irregular. One day you will end up trucking over the day, the following the  night. You may deliver at 3:00AM or 10:00 PM. There is no such thing as being a set  schedule residence cross-country truck driver.
